New shared hosting, WordPress hosting and reseller hosting orders are covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. Open a billing ticket within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund the hosting fees in full.
Not covered
- Domain name registrations, transfers and renewals (registries do not refund them).
- SSL certificates and third-party software licences.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Add-on services already delivered, such as paid migrations or custom work.
How to request a refund
Open a ticket in the Billing department from your client area with the subject "Refund request". Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
