Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content and activity

• Spam, bulk unsolicited email, or mailing lists that were not double opt-in.
• Phishing, malware, ransomware, botnet command and control, or port scanning.
• Copyright-infringing material, and content that is illegal where the server is located.
• Child sexual abuse material, which is reported to law enforcement without notice.
• Proxy lists, anonymising services and torrent trackers on shared hosting.

Resource limits (shared hosting)

• CPU: 100% of one core sustained, 200% burst for up to 60 seconds.
• Memory: 1024 MB per process, 2048 MB total per account.
• Inodes: 200,000 for Business and Pro plans, 100,000 for Starter.
• Email: 500 outbound messages per hour per account.
• Cron jobs: minimum 5 minute interval.

Enforcement

Accounts exceeding these limits may be throttled, suspended, or asked to upgrade. We will always attempt to contact you first except where immediate action is required to protect other customers or comply with the law.
