We run daily server-side backups of every account, so a same-week restore is always available. For longer history, add your own schedule:
- WordPress - install a backup plugin (UpdraftPlus, BackWPup) and send backups to remote storage such as Google Drive. Schedule daily database and weekly files.
- Any site - a cron job in cPanel → Cron Jobs can tar your files and dump the database on a schedule, storing the archive outside
public_html. - Keep a copy off the server - a backup stored only on the same account is lost with it.
