We keep daily backups of every account; you can also restore one you made yourself.
- Ask us - open a ticket with the service, the date you want and the folder or database involved. We restore it for you, normally within an hour.
- Your own backup - cPanel → Backup Wizard → Restore → choose Home Directory, a MySQL database or an email forwarder, upload the file and restore.
- Database from phpMyAdmin - select the database, Import, choose the
.sqlfile and run it.
Restores overwrite current data, so if you are unsure, take a fresh backup first.
