Client area → Services → open the hosting service → Upgrade/Downgrade. Pick the new plan and confirm.
- Upgrades apply immediately. You are charged the difference for the remaining period, prorated to the day.
- Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, so nothing is taken away mid-term.
- Your files, databases and email accounts are untouched by either change.
- Only need more of one resource? Open a ticket — we can raise disk, bandwidth or email limits on the current plan.
