Nameserver and DNS changes usually go live within 15 minutes and are visible everywhere within a few hours. A small number of networks cache records for up to 24 hours.

dig yourdomain.comor any public DNS lookup tool. - Flush your own cache: on Windows run
ipconfig /flushdns, on macOSsudo dscacheutil -flushcache. - If the old site still appears, your ISP's resolver is caching it — test from a phone on mobile data to confirm the change has propagated.
