We take daily backups of every account, but you should still be able to make your own copy before a big change.
- Full account — cPanel → Backup Wizard → Backup → Full Backup. Download the archive when it finishes.
- Files only — cPanel → File Manager, select
public_html, Compress to a zip, then download it. - Database only — cPanel → phpMyAdmin, select the database, Export → Go.
To restore, upload the archive and use Backup Wizard → Restore, or ask support with the archive path — we will restore it for you.
